All products that are available to order, prices, details & sizing details are available on the website. We try our best to give accurate details to help you make an informed decision on what's best for you.

If an item is still visible on the website and listed as 'Sold Out', we are working to restock this item. No, we do not have any firm delivery dates on out of stock products. No, we do not offer Pre-Orders. If an item you are looking for is not shown on the website, we no longer carry this and are unable to get it back in stock.

For customers from the European Union, the price of goods on the site includes all taxes and fees, with the exception of brand goods of Hobby Design.

For customers outside Europe, the price of the goods does not include customs duties and import taxes, which the customer will have to pay upon receipt of the goods. The amount of customs duties and taxes in this case depends on the country of destination of the goods, the price of the goods and the volume.

The cost of the goods does not include delivery, but it will be calculated as a separate line in your basket and will be known to you when placing an order.

If you live on an island or in a hard-to-reach area, outside of normal transport accessibility zones, this may incur additional charges for shipping your item to its destination. If your order is to be delivered to one of these zones, we will contact you and inform you about the final delivery cost before shipping your order.

Hobby design branded goods do not include customs duties, you have to pay them upon receipt of these goods, since these goods are shipped directly from the manufacturer in China.

For customers from the European Union, America, Canada, the delivery price will appear in your cart as a separate line when placing an order.

For buyers from countries outside of Europe, USA and Canada; the shipping price is not automatically calculated in the shopping cart. We are working on it. Therefore, if you want to place an order, contact us either by mail: support@gmail.com or in the messenger, indicate your name, the product, quantity of the goods and the place of delivery.

We will calculate the cost for you, if it suits you, we will send you a link to order the goods.

The delivery time of your order depends on the chosen delivery method and destination, as well as on the goods themselves.

We have all goods in our warehouse in Italy, with the exception of of goods of the Hobby Design trademark.

Commodity items from our warehouse are shipped within 1-2 business days. For commodity items from our warehouse, we suggest you choose either express and standard delivery with DHL or standard delivery by Italian post.

We deliver your order with DHL express service within 24-48 hours and 2-3 business days with a standard service.

Italy Post delivers goods in Italy within 3-7 days.

Hobby design products are shipped from the warehouse of our manufacturing partner in China. Usually processing usually takes 2-4 business days. Goods from China are delivered by express shipping company, like the Fidex company. Delivery time depends on the destination of the delivery of the goods. Usually it does not exceed 10 business days.

We deliver paints and other hazardous goods within Europe and only by road. If you live outside of Europe and would like to purchase restricted airborne paints and other explosive products, please contact us: support@gpmodeling.shop.
Shipping of dangerous goods outside of Europe will have an additional surcharge.

There is no need to notify us prior to sending your return back. You may cancel your order after giving us notice of cancellation within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Such notice should be given by emailing to the Customer support to the e-mail address: support@gpmodeling.shop.
If the return is accepted, within 3 days we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once you have requested a return, you have an additional 5 calendar days to return the products by post or by courier service at yours's choice. The shipping costs will be at yours's expenses.

The paper documentation you received with your order, including the delivery note, must be included in the package.

The package should be send by post or deliver by customer to our warehouse, located at the following address: GPMODELING.SHOP, via Carlo Santagata, n. 24, Caserta (CE), Italy, 81100.

We recommend you to choose a traceable delivery service, so that you can track your shipment at all times.

GPMODELING.SHOP is not responsible for the loss, damage of goods sent  in this method.

We also provide you the opportunity to return your order by the DHL courier partner service at special rates, agreed with DHL company. In order to use this option to return the order, we ask you to inform GPMODELING.SHOP in the return request about the intention to return the goods using this method. This request should be given by emailing to the Customer support to the email address: support@gpmodeling.shop.
If it is possible to activate this return method, we will send you the confirmation letter with information about the timing of the return and a Return shipping label.

When choosing this method of return, you do not pay shipping costs when sending the goods. Shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount returned to you after return confirmation.

Please, note, that shipping or returns costs cannot be refunded, except when the return is caused by a processing mistake on our side.

Should there be a problem with your order in regards to damage or receiving the wrong item, please email us within 4 days of receipt at support@gpmodeling.shop and we will get back with you with a Pre-Paid Return Label and get you taken care of right away.

We do not offer exchanges. This is due to order volume & high risk of sell-outs. If you are needing a different colour or kit we suggest promptly placing a new order for it before it sells out.  And following up with the return of the original.

After sending the order to your address, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the transport company.
If your order is on the way for a long time and its status has not been updated for a long time, we recommend that you contact the transport company and make an request for searching for your order or contact us. We will open the procedure for searching for your order in the transport company. In this case, you need to be patient and wait for the official conclusion of the transport company about the loss of the parcel. This is a rare case, 99% of the orders we sent were always delivered.

After confirming the loss of the parcel from the transport company, we will immediately compensate you for the transport costs. The amount of compensation for the cost of lost goods depends on whether you have ordered the shipping with insuarance or without additional transport insurance.

In the case of an order for delivery of an order with insurance, we will compensate you for the full cost of the order.

In the case of standard delivery without insurance - we can only partially compensate for the cost of the order. The amount of compensation is limited to the amount of compensation of the transport company.
